We got a good-sized and brand-new double room with comfy beds as an upgrade, a nice gesture. the hotel has a very central location close to the city centre. - There was Ivory Lounge located nearby where we relaxed.

This hotel is ideal with everything being great and great value. The atmosphere of the property is quiet. Stay here and enjoy your Cologne christmas.

The location turned out to be perfect, close to the shopping center and tourism area, and right in the center of the city. On the whole GOOD food; Shaka Zulu was in the vicinity.

the hotel is cool with polite personnel at the reception desk. the venue is set in a marvellous location close enough to 2-3 stops from central station and the trams and shopping & food venues. great nearby places include ivory lounge, we usually had drinks there.

This place was perfect for Christmas, the triple room was great with a good bathroom which we thoroughly enjoyed.

i had huge, extremely spacious room complete with a very nice bathroom, good value of money and coffee in recepition from machine. the location was favourable, just walking distance from neumarkt.

The setting of the hotel was marvelous and amazing, close to U-Bahn. the beds with hypoallergenic pillows were fine.

The room had a comfortable bed and was very clean, plus we enjoyed the large breakfasts offered at convenient times.

Breakfast was on point with great timings, setting a solid foundation for my day of relaxation and enjoyment. 🥐 the simplicity of this place made it a suitable choice for my needs.

The staff here was helpful and efficient throughout my stay, and the location was perfect being close to shopping streets and tourist attractions, including the Cathedral area.
